1. Free Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping to the following regions:
• United States
• United Kingdom
• European Union

For all other international locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
• Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days (Due to sea shipping from China)
Note: Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the product and order volume.

4. Delays and Custom Clearance

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs clearance. Sova Sofa is not responsible for delays caused by:

5. Preorders and In-Stock Items
• Preorder Products: Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. Preordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
• In-Stock Items: Typically ready for immediate shipment. If you order both preorder and in-stock items, all items will ship together unless you request a split shipment.
6. Change of Delivery Address

You can request a change of delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched.
To make changes, please contact us at support@sovasofa.com with your order number and new address details.
7. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking link via email.
• Real-time updates to monitor your shipment’s progress.
8. Parcel Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:
1. Reject the delivery if possible and notify the courier.
2. If you have already accepted the parcel, contact us within 48 hours at support@sovasofa.com with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to process a replacement or refund.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Sales Tax: All product prices include applicable sales tax.
• Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur additional duties and taxes upon arrival.
• If you refuse to pay these fees, the package will be returned to us at your expense, and you will be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the local carrier cannot deliver your package and you do not respond to their contact attempts, your package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases:
• No refund will be issued for the product or shipping fees.
• We advise you to track your package and stay in touch with the local carrier.
